If you hit this shot with only medium pace, you'll surely have the time you need to switch from racquetball defense to racquetball offense!

- aim your shot so that it will hit the ceiling about five or six feet in front of the front wall, and hit your shot with medium pace
- aim your shot so that it will travel along a side wall, and reasonably close to it, yet not make any contact with the side wall
- pace your shot so that the ball grazes the base of the back wall as it descends toward its second bounce, makes its second bounce just in front of the back wall, or, best yet, bounces its second time right in the crack between the floor and back wall.
If you hit this shot with only medium pace, you'll surely have the time you need to switch from racquetball defense to racquetball offense!
