An Easy Underarm Toss Onto the Back Wall

Turn your shoulders toward the back wall and throw the ball underarm toward the back wall, releasing so that the ball softly hits the back wall at about eight feet in height. In this case, the ball hits the back wall just above the top of the glass portion of the back wall. Make the toss very easy so that the ball bounces back to you slowly.
