Racquetball Drive Serve - Watch the Ball Bounce for a Good Drive Serve

Watch the Ball Closely and Put All Your Weight On Your Back Foot So You Can Take a Large Step Toward the Front Wall

Watch the ball closely as it bounces and lift your front foot off the floor in preparation for a large step towards the front wall. In this picture, note that the striker's chest is facing the back wall, and the toes of her back foot are aiming towards the back corner of the court. T. J. has excellent trunk rotation which will help her subsequently generate power in her shot when she uncoils her trunk and rotates her shoulders back around.
