Racquetball Crosscourt Drive Serve - Same Ready Position As For All Hard Serves

Begin the crosscourt drive serve just as you would begin the straight drive or the Z serve. It's the exact same ready position.

Demo by T. J. Baumbaugh, racquetball pro
Begin the crosscourt drive serve just as you would begin the straight drive or the Z serve. Your feet are in line just forward of the back line of the service zone. Your weight is mostly on your forward foot, in anticipation of taking a cross-behind step with your rear foot. Your shoulders face the side wall and both hands are in front of you. Your knees are bent.
