Racquetball Z Serve - Racquet Head Up and Lead With Your Elbow

Note the Position of the Front Foot, Angled and Behind the White Line

Steve Hufford
Complete your step as you take the racquet head all the way to a vertical position, and begin your downswing by leading with your elbow. Note that your front foot is at a 45 degree angle, aiming toward the front corner of the court. It is also not all the way forward to the front line of the service zone. These are two very important differences when you are hitting the Z serve, rather than the straight drive serve.
