The sport of squash features such an odd, squashy ball that you should start by getting a feel for how the ball bounces. This forehand ball control drill can help you learn the bounce and begin to enjoy the sport of squash! Start by holding a ball in your non-racquet hand, and by holding your racquet roughly parallel to the floor. Face the front wall and prepare to hit a series of easy forehands.
