Follow Through & Prepare to Hit Again. Move Towards the 'T' After Each Shot.

Follow Through, and Get Ready to Hit Again. Move Towards the 'T' Right After Each Shot, Then Back Into Hitting Position As the Ball Bounces.

Steve Hufford
Follow through, and get ready to hit another deep backhand rail once the ball comes back off the front wall. Be sure to move your feet each time so that you practice moving into proper position as the ball bounces on the floor. This is a movement drill as much as it is a hitting drill. Immediately after you hit, move towards the 'T', then move into proper hitting position as the ball rebounds from the front wall. [this drill is not effective if you remain stationary]
