Squash Practice - Starting the Criss-Cross Groundstroke Squash Practice

Your Groundstroke Squash Practice Begins With an Easy Toss

Steve Hufford
Toss the ball gently into the air opposite your leading foot, and hit it before it bounces. It's easiest to start the drill by hitting the ball when it's around knee or sock height. Watch the ball throughout your racquet's contact with it. In this picture the striker is looking at the ball, not at the target on the front wall. That's very important.
