Squash Forehand - Repetitive Drilling Grooves Your Squash Forehand

Good Foot Position, Good Eye Contact, and Good Contact About to be Made With the Ball

Steve Hufford
This squash forehand is very similar to what you might face in a match when your opponent makes a placement error. The ball has just come off the front side wall and is moving towards you. Watch the ball closely, get your feet in good position, and hit another controlled forehand to the front left corner of the front wall. This drill can continue for a long time, as you groove your swing on both sides, forehand and backhand.
