Alternating Drives Drill - Toss the Ball and Hit It Hard
Full Backswing and Ball Toss
Take a full backswing and toss the ball gently into the air in front of your left leg. As it drops and before it bounces, hit it hard onto the left side wall, high enough so that it will rebound all the way across the court onto the opposite side wall.
