Alternating Drives Drill - Position Your Feet For a Backhand Drive

Watch the Ball and Prepare for Your First Backhand
Steve Hufford
As the ball rebounds from the right side wall, watch it closely and move your feet into good position to hit your first backhand. If your shot did not travel parallel to the front wall, you will have to move forward or backward, in addition to side-to-side. Move your feet well to get the most value out of this drill.
