Ball Control for the Intermediate Squash Player - A Controlled Forehand

This Ball is Landing Close to the Center of the Racquet

Steve Hufford
Move your racquet gently upwards so that the ball hits the exact center of your strings, and so that the ball will rise about two or three feet. That height will give you enough time to flip your racquet over for your next shot, but it's not so high that you will likely lose control of the ball and end the drill prematurely.
