Keep Your Eyes on the Prize, and Keep Your Grip Firm and Unchanged

Steve Hufford
Keep your eyes on the ball, especially as it reaches the top of its flight. Turn your racquet over for another backhand, while using the same grip you have been using for the entire drill. Your hand should not be shifting on the racquet handle as you do this drill; you should just be turning your forearm and wrist to switch from forehand to backhand and back again.
