Racquetball Drive Serve - Weight Transfer Makes a Good Racquetball Drive Serve

Step Toward the Front Wall With Your Rear Foot to Begin Your Weight Transfer

Steve Hufford
Begin your weight transfer by moving your rear foot towards the front wall of the court, stepping behind your front foot. This is the start of your weight transfer into the shot. As you step behind and across, extend your ball arm and prepare to simply drop the ball. There is no need to throw the ball towards the floor. Take the elbow of your racquet arm back, in preparation for a full backswing.
