Your next shot will be your second forehand (out of a hundred!). In this picture, the striker is completing his backhand follow-through and seamlessly transitioning to a forehand backswing. Note that one foot is off the ground as the feet are being repositioned for the next shot. The striker's eyes are on the ball so that he can learn exactly where the ball will go.
